The Mission of Lita & Neyko's
Our Mission
Here at Lita & Neyko's Joyfull Sweets our mission is to inspire and teach you how to unlock your power to heal your body with healthy food swaps. My name is Carmalita Howard, AKA Lita. I started this company because I had many diseases since the age of 14, such as Lupus, Irritable Bowel Syndrome, Dyspnea, Sinusitis, high blood pressure, Avascular Necrosis of the knees and Cysts. I have been to many doctors, and not one could help me. Doctors only offered pills and surgery, never healing.
Even though I dealt with many diseases, the one that changed my life was Avascular Necrosis of the knees. Doctors told me that I needed artificial knees and one day I would need my legs amputated because artificial knees don't last long. I did not except surgery as my solution for "healing", so I got up and left the doctor's office and never looked back. One day, a friend of mine told me about Dr. Sebi and I began studying his holistic teachings.
I made the decision to heal, so I began to fast, eat alkaline plant-based food, detox, and cleanse as doctor Sebi teaches. Changing my eating habits was great, but when I grew my faith that is when my life changed. About a year after my I began this new healing lifestyle God healed my knees and irritable bowel syndrome. I was astonished and grateful that God healed me.
I created a cookie made with dates, because it is the food that helped me heal from irritable bowel syndrome along with fasting and alkaline plant-based eating. I made a vow to show people this wonderful fruit that helped me. One day I made my son try the cookie because he hates dates, but I didn't tell him what was in it. Now he loves my cookies and that is how our brand Lita & Neyko's was created. We are Lita & Neyko's, the brand bringing you healthy nostalgic treats that bring you wellness and joy with high fiber and protein.
Now my life is about helping other people learn how to heal with God's food and bring the cookie that helped change my life to people who want to eat healthy sweets that taste delicious. God healed me and I still am healing. Let us go on this journey to unlock our power to optimal wellness!
